Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
